The Agents and Data Mining Interaction and Integration (AMII for short) has emerged as a promising area in recent years. This special interest group, AMII-SIG, aims to foster a forum for boosting the research and development on AMII studies. AMII-SIG hosts events and efforts such as workshop series, special issues, edited books on AMII research and applications.

Since there are a lot of requests to extend the deadlines due to the holiday season and the very tight period between ADMI08 workshop day and ADMI09 submission deadline, we have seriously decided to extend the submission deadline to 15 February 2009, 23:59:59 PDT. Furthermore, the workshop date is moved to 11 MAY 2009.
