The Personalisation of Big Data

Usama Fayyad is one of the founding fathers of data mining. This is the ability to find surprise patterns in large data sets. Previously, he served as the Chief Data Officer at Yahoo. He is co-founder and chairman of startup ChoozOn allowing individuals to create their own personal deal networks finding only the most relevant and timely deals for that individual.
