TOPICS OF INTEREST The IADM-06 workshop welcomes theoretical and applied dissemination that makes efforts (1) to expose agent-enriched data mining to how intelligent agent technology can contribute to critical data mining problems in theory and practice; (2) to uncover data mining-driven agents to how data mining can strengthen agent intelligence in research and practical applications; (3) to disclose the integration of agent and data mining to how agent and data mining can be combined into a super-intelligent organism; and (4) to identify challenges and directions for future research and development in the connection between agent and data mining. All topics related to the interaction between agents and data mining are welcome. Topics of interest include, but are not restricted to: challenges and benefits of agent and data mining interaction, theoretical foundation for the interaction between agents and data mining agent-based data mining infrastructure, agent-enriched multiple data source mining, agent-enriched web mining, agent-enriched mediation and management of enterprise data mining, agent-supported domain knowledge involvement and human mining cooperation, agent-enriched ontology mining, data mining-driven agent learning, adaptation and evolution, data mining-driven agent intelligence enhancement, data mining-driven multi-agent communication, planning and dispatching, data mining-driven user modeling and servicing, typical engineering and industry applications.
