The separated 'USA'/'non-USA' conference rates were determined based on the currency exchange rates at the time the conference budget was approved by IEEE in June 2010. Although AU$ is volatile against the US$, our budget was developed in line with the Australian dollar and our budget costings for the banquet, reception, refreshments, lunches, etc, will not change with the volatile exchange rate. As a result, the US$ and AU$ conference rates reveal the financial and economic reality the conference organisers must accept in order to ensure the success of the conference and maintain conference expenses within the budget approved by the IEEE. Because 20% of the conference costs are USA oriented (eg. paying for conference proceedings), we separated registrants into 'USA' and 'Non-USA' regions, with a registration link for each. Registrants should therefore register for the conference by selecting the link for their relevant region provided on the online registration page.
1. Conference Registration Fees
Due to limited space, all registrations after 24 November 2010 will not cover the Banquet. Accordingly, when charging your credit card for payment, we will subtract US$100 (USA registrants) or AU$100 (Non-USA registrants) from your registration fee.

2. Important Information for Author registration

Authors of papers: to include your paper in the program as well as in the
proceedings, at least one (co)author of your paper must pay the relevant
registration fee by 11 October 2010, attend the conference and present
the paper. NOTE: The deadline for extra papers is also on 11 October 2010.

Extra Pages for Workshop Papers: Authors of workshop papers who have
extra pages (as specified in the acceptance letter) must pay an additional
US$125 for each extra page of their workshop paper to cover the additional
printing costs.
